The top four cooks reunite with their families and then shop for a meal at the market.

The three remaining cooks battle for a spot in the finale by preparing a meal for some of Canada's most influential chefs using Canadian ingredients.

The two finalists compete in a three-course challenge to determine the winner of the competition.
