The Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is situated 32 miles northeast of Washington, D.C. and nine miles south of Baltimore's downtown in northern Anne Arundel County, Maryland. There are five concourses (A, B, C, D, and E) that branch off of the horseshoe-shaped terminal. At BWI frontier terminal, there are several places to eat and shop, as well as a complete gym (with showers). With shuttle service to and from the main terminal, there are hourly, daily, expedited, and long-term parking choices available. The off-site rental vehicle facility may be reached from the airport in about 10 minutes via shuttle.
