A speeding Porsche 911 Turbo causes a huge pile-up on the Autobahn and drives away. The Porsche, belonging to the chief of medicine of the university hospital, was stolen, after the owner used an online platform to sell his car. Two stoners without a driving license cause a crash on the Autobahn, where several trucks are involved. During the recovery operations, firefighters find a small bag of cocaine, which does not belong to the two stoners, but came from one of the trucks. Jan and Semir are not allowed to investigate, since the truck delivered diplomatic freight for the republic of San Marco, a (fictional) country in South America. One staff member gets shot, the thugs are able to escape, and manage to outrun Jan and Semir on the Autobahn by blowing up a tanker truck. Heinrich Lisizki, a senior citizen, who was once an old school criminal, witnessed the unsuccessful attempt at the betting office.
