13x1 – Episode 1
Trying to see who is the strongest, Cranky picks up Thomas who proves too heavy for Cranky who breaks.

13x2 – Episode 2
Thomas is given the special job of collecting The Lion of Sodor statue. However, he is not aware that it's a statue and inadvertently covers it in syrup, fish and straw.

13x3 – Episode 3
James is painted pink and is most embarrassed. He spends the day trying to hide from the other engines instead of doing his very important job. Eventually, he learns that pink is not such a silly colour, after all.

13x4 – Episode 4
The Fat Controller's identical brother, Sir Lowham Hatt, causes confusion and delay on Sodor.

13x5 – Episode 5
Thomas is given a strange-looking funnel when his is cracked. He then has to take Mr. Bubbles' bubble liquid to the showground, but ends up spilling it all over the road, which causes problems for Sir Topham Hatt and Mr. Bubbles.

13x6 – Episode 6
While Percy is at the Sodor Steamworks being repaired, Thomas is excited to be given the job of doing the mail run for him. Gordon tells Thomas to ask Percy for advice, but Thomas thinks he knows all about how to deliver the mail.

13x7 – Episode 7
A fun new engine named Charlie arrives on Sodor and distracts Thomas from taking famous opera singer Alicia Botti to her grand concert.

13x8 – Episode 8
Thomas is asked by Farmer Trotter to collect some straw for the piglets, which are soon to be born. But on the way, Thomas sees other things he thinks the piglets will like.

13x9 – Episode 9
Thomas ignores some track repair signs and derails his truck of storybooks. Since he can no longer take the books to the children, he decides to bring the children to the books.

13x10 – Episode 10
Percy has a special parcel, but instead of delivering it straight to Knapford, Percy takes it to show Mavis and ends up spoiling it.

13x11 – Episode 11
Toby's bell is in need of repairs and he is given a loud three-chimed steam whistle as a replacement whilst the bell is being fixed.

13x12 – Episode 12
Emily thinks Mavis is unhappy and tries to brighten her day by leaving flowers for her around the quarry.

13x13 – Episode 13
Thomas refuses to let his friends help him chase Sir Topham Hatt's grandchildren's kite.
|
13x14 – Episode 14
Thomas is put in charge of the Sodor Steamworks whilst Victor is away.
|
13x15 – Episode 15
Thomas invents a game which involves splashing other engines with muddy puddles, but he ends up taking the game too far and splashes the Fat Controller and famous opera singer Alicia Botti.

13x16 – Episode 16
It's a great day for Sodor because Hiro is returning to the Island! Sir Topham Hatt tells Thomas and Percy that he is organizing a welcoming party for Hiro at Knapford and Thomas is to tell all the other engines to gather for it.

13x17 – Episode 17
Ignoring the advice of the Fat Controller about not climbing any steep hills in the snow, Gordon ends up causing chaos.

13x18 – Episode 18
Henry attempts to do some good deeds, but they all seem to backfire.

13x19 – Episode 19
Thomas has trouble with some bees.
|
13x20 – Episode 20
At Knapford Station, Hiro sees that Sir Topham Hatt is very busy because he is in a rush to see his brother. Hiro decides he will help Sir Topham Hatt, by making decisions for him in his absence!
