After spending another 8 months behind bars, Julian, Mr. Lahey and Randy are released. They are surprised when Ricky is the new supervisor of Sunnyvale.

Bubbles has to go the hospital for a toothache, but he needs his puppet, Conky, with him. Only problem is Ricky and Julian threw him away, and now they have to find him.

While tending to the marijuana field, Cory and Trevor get attacked by an unseen animal that Bubbles assumes is a 'Samsquamch'. When he, Ricky and Julian regroup in the morning to defend their crops from the monster, they discover that it's a mountain lion who's gotten stoned from eating the plants. Bubbles' adopts it and commits to its rehabilitation, but it wrecks havoc in the park and the boys need to let it back into the wild, much to Bubbles' dismay.

Mr. Lahey wants to get back together with Barb for the sake of financial security, so he explains his rationale to Randy and proposes to her. She reveals that she only wanted their engagement ring to propose to Ricky, and Jim realizes that his desire for stability has driven Randy away. Meanwhile, Julian, Ricky and Bubbles are getting ready to harvest their pot fields and Ricky samples the product, which gets him more stoned than ever before. Ricky emerges from the burning trailer unharmed. Lahey takes off into the woods in a housecoat and strapped with dynamite. The boys hear on the news that two of their marijuana fields were found by police so they decide the harvest the last field right away. They send Corey and Trevor to start but they remember that they had errands to do for Sarah and decide to drive back. Ricky, Julian and Bubbles drive their van to the field and crash into Corey and Trevor on the road. They leave them in the burning car and flag down a tour bus (Rita McNeil's) to harvest the rest ...
