Bubbles is wracked with guilt because he thinks he was the last person to cook fries in Ray's trailer before it burned down, so he has agreed to help Ricky and do whatever it takes to make it up to Ray. In an effort to make amends to Bubbles (for letting him think he burned down Ray's trailer), Ricky and Julian offer to do whatever Bubbles wants to do all day. They go to Zellers get a rocket kit using a fake-cheque scam that Ricky comes up with. Later, when they launch the rocket, Lahey and Randy show up and Ray, angry at their attempts to 'ruin the day for the boys', reveals to the park residents that the water bottles Lahey has been drinking out of are filled with vodka.

Jim Lahey, bitter and unashamedly drunk, buys huge bottles of booze - one for each park resident he wants to put in jail, the two biggest being Ricky and Julian. Meanwhile, Ray and Bubbles are offered free food and liquor from J-Roc if they agree to be in one of his porn films. During filming, Ray gets extremely drunk and when the police arrive to arrest J-Roc for stealing groceries, Ray is caught walking around out of his wheelchair. He is then arrested for disability fraud, and Lahey and Randy polish off four big bottles of liquor: Ray, J-Roc, Tyrone and DVS.

Ricky is desperate to bail his father out of prison, but Julian won't let him cut up the hash and sell it until they find someone who will buy the whole thing at once. The boys decide that the best place to sell drugs is at a school, and they go to Dartmouth Regional Vocational School to enroll Ricky.
