A new super efficient new receptionist, Donna Parmar begins at the Mill.

Faith is nearly involved in a car accident, and complains about having problems with her eyesight. Mac heads off to Devon for a golf trip, but instead gets on a plane for Dublin where he secretly kisses his ex wife Kate!

Kate McGuire turns up in Letherbridge to visit Faith.

Kate hangs around Mac, kisses at every opportunity. Nick discovers that Faith might have problems with her eyesight, as she keeps knocking things over.

Donna catches Mac and Kate snogging.

Faith sees an eye specialist at the hospital, where she meets Paul Canley.

Faith gets very upset after her eye examination reveals that she's going blind. Mac has more secret liaisons with Kate.

Paul Canley takes Faith out for lunch.

Kate and Mac spend the weekend at a posh country hotel, having sex and that. Julia turns up and catches them kissing.

Mac and Julia argue a lot following the 'Mac having had sex with Kate' thing. Mac decides to resign with immediate effect and leaves with Kate for Dublin.

A new senior practice nurse turns up in the young and happening shape of Michelle Corrigan. She starts her training with Faith, who starts to get upset at the thought of having to leave the practice.

Paul surprises Faith with a trip to Paris, so they decide to start traveling the world while Faith still can (on account of her going blind). In a spur of the moment decision she decides to hand in her notice and leaves the practice. She then discovers she's pregnant.

A new doctor starts at the Mill, Dr. Joe Fenton. He's moved to Letherbridge with his precocious teenage daughter, Emily.

Joe organizes for Emily to spend a day with Ronnie on work experience at his law firm, only causes complete havoc and is asked to leave.

Emily confides in Nick about having missed a few periods. He agrees to check her out.

Jimmi has it out with his father.

An hour long special to mark the show's 1000th episode. The last hour of surgery proves to be eventful and one that some of the staff will never forget.

Joe has a go at Nick, accusing him of having a relationship with his daughter, Emily. Emily pines for her mum.

Joe fumes when he discovers that Emily has moved in with Nick.

Jimmi goes down to Wales for his dad's wedding.

Jimmi attends his father's wedding, uncovering a lot of skeletons along the way.

Joe and Emily go to a cookery class and meet Victoria. Emily gets annoyed by Victoria's constant flirting with her dad. Donna is in charge, and conducts some fire drills.

Nick meets a hot young girl whilst indoor climbing, and Joe and Victoria get caught by Michelle indulging in nookie at the surgery after hours.

Nick goes to the police when he receives another threatening letter, referring to a misdiagnosis in his past when a girl died. It calls him a "murderer".

Everyone goes to a wild and raunchy Halloween costume party at Joe's. On his way back to his car, Nick discovers someone has daubed it in paint, spelling "murderer".

Rico reckons Sadie is telling lies about her parents. He thinks something's afoot.

Sadie's plan of revenge on Nick comes closer to fruition.

Sadie and Nick go hiking up in the hills, where she bashes him over the head with a rock. Rico and Greg are hot on their tails though.

Mad Sadie Vaughn has bashed Dr. Nick over the head with a rock whilst hiking, and now has him strung up over the edge of a cliff where she tortures him. Dr. Greg and Rico to the rescue though.

Emily discovers from Dr. Nick that she's pregnant, but how to tell her dad!

Joe tries to find out what's wrong with Emily. He confronts Nick, and is shocked when Nick reveals that Emily is pregnant. Emily is then shocked that Joe knows. Tears all round.

Joe ends up in jail after fighting with the boy who made Emily pregnant.

Emily's mum turns up from America.

Emily finally goes back to America to stay with her mum. Both Joe and Emily are really sad. Nick sings.

George goes to a gathering of Alternative Health Practitioners, where she is determined to meet the Royal guest, Prince Charles. The day though, goes from bad to worse.

A friend of Jimmi's, sexy blonde Renee, begins as temp receptionist. Most of the women take an instant dislike to her, as she proceeds to flirt with all the guys. Michelle gets involved with a girl who's part of a prostitute ring.

George has the fright of her life when Bracken's Wendy House is set on fire.

Opera loving bad guy Leo Jackson tries to auto asphyxiate Julia. She manages to drug him and tries to get away. Against all odds she is rescued by Ronnie.

Julia, Ronnie and everyone try to deal with recent events. Rico shocks Greg by introducing him to his baby son.

George and Ronnie try to rekindle the fun in their marriage by having sex in a car wash.

Rico's son goes back to Denmark with his mother, leaving Rico sad and Greg relieved.

Joe, missing his daughter Emily, gets involved with helping a teenage girl runaway.

Greg and Rico fight a lot, and Rico storms out threatening to join his son in Denmark. Tears all round.

Everyone goes to the 'Big band' Christmas party. Unfortunately Nick and Michelle end up having to rescue a woman from a car crash and they arrive really late, covered in muck. Greg is still depressed over Rico leaving him, but Jimmi sings to him, so he decides to go to Copenhagen to be with Rico and his son.
