Ruffy erwacht im Gefängnis der Fraueninsel Amazon Lily, nachdem er von den Amazonen bewusstlos im Dschungel gefunden wurde. Zuerst scheint die Situation ungefährlich zu sein, doch dann stellt sich raus, dass Männer auf der Insel per Gesetz absolut verboten sind! Schlangenprinzessin Boa Hancock versteht in dieser Hinsicht leider überhaupt keinen Spaß. Ruffy ist in Lebensgefahr und muss fliehen. |

Während Ruffy auf der Insel der Frauen immer noch auf der Flucht ist, kehrt die Herrscherin Boa Hancock zurück – sie ist eine der sieben Samurai der Meere! Die Marine will sie abholen, um der Hinrichtung von Puma D. Ace beizuwohnen, einem Offizier der Whitebeard-Piraten. Doch Boa Hancock lehnt diese Einladung ab. Was macht die Marine nun? |

Während Ruffy mit Hilfe der Schlangenprinzessin das Leben seines Bruders Ace zu retten versucht, erleben auch seine Freunde Abenteuer. Rentier Chopper muss mit gigantisch großen Vögeln klarkommen, die ihn als Spielzeug benutzen wollen. Mit den Eingeborenen einer kleinen Insel ergeht es ihm kaum besser, sie wollen Chopper zu Gulasch verarbeiten. Sanji dagegen verliebt sich auf einer anderen Insel in eine wunderschöne Blondine.
