Neben den Golden Globe Awards, sind auch die Critics Choice Awards ein großer Gradmesser wenn es um die kommenden Oscars geht. Und da sind natürlich die Nominierungen bereits ein schöner Wegweiser. Bei den Critics Choice Awards gibt es indes bereits eine klare Richtung: So haben Belfast und West Side Story bislang mit jeweils 11 Nominierungen die besten Chancen. Mit jeweils zehn Nominierungen gehen The Power of the Dog von Netflix und Dune an den Start. Danach folgen Licorice Pizza und Nightmare Alley mit insgesamt acht Nominierungen. Die 27.
